The Art of Action
Recommended by Eugene Yang for new leaders; I will look at it again in my new role as AI Lead.
It is an interesting concept, analyzing military strategy treatises and adapting them to business, but I found it very dull. I think I stopped halfway. Too vague to be of much use, but I appreciate the effort. Maybe I’ll reread it if I have a more senior role.
